Advanced CAM programming and in-process probing keep first articles right the first time. Final inspection is performed on optical comparator, surface plate and calibrated precision hand tools, and full documentation ships with every lot.
We deliver finished parts, not loose ends. Heat treat, anodize, passivation, NDT and other outside processing are managed through our approved suppliers, and every process is certified and documented for next higher assembly.

Hard metals are our home turf. We routinely machine the heat-resistant superalloys and controlled-expansion alloys that most job shops turn away, because we have the tooling, speeds and work-holding knowledge they demand. Defense work is sourced DFARS-compliant, with domestic-melt specialty metals and full mill certifications on every lot.

We hold our supply chain to the same standard: our purchase order quality clauses require NAS410-certified NDT personnel, ISO/IEC 17025-compliant calibration, DFARS-compliant raw material, counterfeit-part controls, 10-year record retention and >95% on-time delivery from every supplier we use.
